Short Sales Lead Partner Overview
As a Short Sale Holdings Lead Partner, you have the opportunity to generate commissions by referring short sales to us. Those leads can come from various sources:
- 1 Direct Referrals from Distressed Properties
- 2 Declined Loss Mitigation Applications
- 3 Professional Organizations such as Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Brokers, Title Companies, etc.
Direct Referrals
Short sale clients can come from virtually any source. When registered Lead Partners enter them into our system using the secure form, the Lead Partners are paid when the sale is completed.
Referral Fee: $700
Declined Loss Mitigation Applications
There are many companies who perform Loss Mitigation services. When the home owners are declined for services, they are most often left to figure things out for themselves. Sending them to us for potential short sales can save them not only from foreclosure, but from bankruptcy and huge drop in points on their credit records.
Each loss mitigation company is asked to provide us access to those declined applications through a login to their system that does not allow us to see any other application in their system other than the ones assigned to us. Each case is then updated with progress notes as the short sale moves along. That way everyone involved can see what is happening with the case.
Once the house is sold and the transaction is complete, the referring Lead Partner is paid a referral fee of $700.
Professional Organizations
Realtors, mortgage brokers, title companies and others who refer short sales clients are paid $700 for each completed sale. After listing the properties with us for short sale, the referring company is welcome to list that property on their website to attract buyers.
When those companies get their own buyers for the short sales, they are paid 3% of the gross profit. That is because we would then not need to use a real estate agent, who charges us a fee.

Short Sale Holdings or their processing agents will negotiate with the denied applicant's mortgagor(s) for a short sale and secure an end buyer for the applicant's residential property. We will negotiate for the most profitable spread in the short sale. Neither Short Sale Holdings nor their processing agents make any warranty as to the successful negotiation and profit spread of any short sale.
